The Holy Bean are happy to introduce our new chef, Rodney Agius, to our customers. Rodney has been in the business for about 20 years and has built up an impressive repertoire of skills and styles. A stint in New Zealand, as well as running a couple of high paced, quality establishments, makes us excited with the output of our kitchen. Drop in and try it.
The Holy Bean offer 3 roasts for your coffee choice. Our house coffee blend is from Uncle Joe’s Roasters in Melbourne. Selection 9 is an exciting lighter roasted bean that blends like caramel through milk.
Purple Haze is clean, sweet and floral notes, big on apple, red grape and blueberry.
Our third roast is a full bodied and robust blend from Dukes.
The coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure that it is at its freshest from them to us to you, you won’t be disappointed. We will also be featuring coffee from other roasters from time to time, so watch out for some special beans.
Our goal is to use as much local produce as possible in the foods we produce in the cafe, and to also offer tastings of local food and wine in the retail store with the availability of purchasing any items that our customers like.
We have hampers for occasions, whether you have a special birthday or anniversary coming up we can personally build a hamper to your specification.
